Voter Eligibility
An eligible voter must be:
- eighteen (18) years of age,
- a citizen of the United States,
- a resident (not necessarily a homeowner) of the district for at least thirty (30)days preceding the election

A completed absentee ballot application is required to allow you to obtain an absentee ballot for the Annual District Budget Vote on May 21. You must fill out all applicable items for your application to be valid. You may either drop off your completed application or mail it to the District Clerk.

If you mail it, the District Clerk or designee must receive the application at least seven (7) days before the day of the vote in order for an absentee ballot to be mailed to you. If you personally deliver the application, you may pick up a ballot up to the day before the vote. No representative may pick up a ballot for you.For a military voter to be issued a military ballot, the District Clerk must have received a valid military absentee ballot application no later than 5 p.m. on April 23, 2024. In a request for a military ballot application or ballot, the military voter may indicate their preference for receiving the application or ballot by mail, facsimile transmission or electronic mail.
A list of all persons to whom absentee voter ballots have been issued will be maintained and be available for public inspection during office hours until the day of the election. Such list will also be posted during the election.
Board of Education Election
One candidate has been nominated for the one open at-large board seat on the Board of Education. The candidate receiving the highest vote total shall be elected for a 5-year term to commence July 1, 2024, and expire June 30, 2029. Budget Public Hearing
The budget hearing and regular board meeting will take place on May 13, 2024 at 6:00 p.m. in the Board Room. Presentation will take place prior to the regular board meeting that evening.
